"Wish the delivery had gone more smoothly"
I ordered a desk and, to be fair, it did show up on the day they promised, so I can’t really complain about the timing. I just regret not checking the box more carefully right away, because it arrived banged up and one corner was even wet.
The desk itself was mostly fine, but there was a small scuff underneath. It wasn’t bad enough to deal with returning it, but it was still disappointing. Overall it’s okay, I just wish the delivery had been handled with a bit more care.

"Looks decent, but assembly took forever"
The chair looks fine once it’s set up, but getting there was so frustrating. The holes didn’t line up properly, the instructions barely helped, and I ended up having to take parts back apart and redo them twice. I kept waiting for it to finally come together, but it just dragged on way longer than it should have. I wouldn’t buy it again if I had to assemble it myself.

"Sales support just wasn’t helpful"
I don’t know, I expected the sales support to be at least a little helpful, but they really didn’t do much for me. I kept trying to get answers and it just felt like… nothing really went anywhere. Frustrating overall.

The furniture itself was fine and looks nice, so I dont really have complaints there. The only frustrating part was the delivery. Updates were kind of slow and I wasnt always sure when it was actually going to show up...

"I expected support to be a lot..."
I expected support to be a lot quicker, especially for such a basic question. Instead, I waited way longer than I thought I would and had to follow up twice before getting a real answer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Solid feel and nice finish"
I’m happy with it so far. The material feels sturdy, and the finish looks clean overall. You can tell it’s made well when you pick it up. I did notice one tiny rough spot on the edge, but it’s nothing major and doesn’t really bother me.

I ordered from Global Furniture Group the delivery took way longer than I expected. The date kept getting pushed back, and I had to keep reaching out just to figure out what was going on. After a while, I started worrying I was being strung along or fooled, which is not a great feeling when you’ve already paid. The product itself wasn’t terrible, but the whole waiting game was really frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Comfy chair, just needed some tweaking"
I got an office chair from Global Furniture Group and overall, I’ve been happy with it. It feels sturdy and comfortable enough for everyday work, compared to my old chair...
The seat padding is nice for most of the day, and the back support is definitely an upgrade. It did take me a little while to mess with the height and tilt before it felt right, but once I got it adjusted...
I’m giving it 4 stars because on really long days I do wish the seat was just a bit softer. Still, it’s a solid chair and I’m glad I got it.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I ordered a chair from Global Furniture Group, and it looks decent enough, I guess, but I’m not totally sure it feels worth what I paid. For the price, I was expecting it to be a bit more comfortable and maybe have a nicer finish. The materials don’t feel bad, but they also don’t really seem much better than cheaper office chairs I’ve had before. Delivery was fine and I didn’t have any real problems there. Overall, though, I’m kind of left feeling like I maybe could’ve gotten better value somewhere else.
"Dealer support wasn’t great for me"
I can’t say if this is how it always is, but my experience with dealer support was frustrating. Replies were slow, and the dealer portal kept failing when I tried to use it. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it definitely made everything more of a hassle than it needed to be.

"Pretty good support, but I expected more"
I picked up an ergonomic chair from Global Furniture Group for my home office, and it’s decent overall. The back support is solid and the seat feels well made, but getting the adjustments right took way longer than I had patience for.
After sitting in it all day, my lower back still feels a little worn out, which is frustrating considering the price. It’s not a bad chair, and I’ll keep using it, but I was hoping it would be more comfortable right out of the gate.

"Decent furniture, but the sustainability info is vague"
The furniture itself seems fine, but I was frustrated trying to figure out the sustainability side of things. I couldn’t find clear details about recycled materials, emissions, or what they’re actually doing in that area. It also wasn’t obvious what the next step was if I wanted more info or proof, which made the whole thing feel a bit unclear. I just wish they were more upfront about it.

I’m usually skeptical of customer service because it often feels like you have to chase people for answers, but this was actually a good experience. Their emails were clear, and I always knew what was going on with my order. No confusing back and forth or vague replies, which I really appreciated

"Felt like I had to beg to get the right order"
My order showed up with the wrong finish on one piece and a missing part from another, even though my confirmation email clearly had everything listed correctly. I don’t know how it got mixed up, but it was frustrating to open everything and realize it wasn’t what I asked for.
Customer service did eventually respond, but getting it sorted felt way harder than it should have, almost like I had to keep pushing just to get the order I’d already paid for. The furniture itself is fine, but the whole experience left me annoyed.

"Warranty got sorted, but it took more effort than it should’ve"
I had to use the warranty for a chair part, and to be fair, they did help me out in the end. But the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and I had to follow up twice, which just felt like wasted energy on my part. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother.

The exchange ended up working out, so no major complaints there! I just wish the response had come a bit faster... it took longer than I expected.

"It didn’t last very long"
At first the chair seemed fine, but after a few months it started wobbling and it got annoying. I expected it to hold up better than that.
